So my plan would be expiring on 11th of June. I had opted for a 3-monthly plan in order to save the installation cost. I was thinking of reverting back to monthly plan. Any idea how to do it? I am thinking calling 121 as a measure of last resort, incase I am unable to do through their Airtel Thanks app or any other medium.
Another thing? Does the recharge starts from the day you recharge like in mobile prepaid or from the day your plan is about to expire. For instance, my plan expires on 11th, if I recharge today will the new validity be from 1st June to 30th June or from 11th June to 10th July.
Thanks..

There's nothing difficult about it. Try doing it from the app. If it doesn't work, contact customer care, they will do it for you - no questions asked. If you are from an LCO city, your plan will be changed to prepaid monthly plan. Else, the plan will be purely postpaid i.e., you pay after using for a month. They can change the billing cycle from 1st to last day of the month. I'd suggest calling the customer care because you can be guaranteed of plan change as you like

So I gave the AT app a try. Went to my account--my plan--selected my plan which I want to continue, selected monthly duration and then I get an error, "Something went wrong." This seems to be a server side issue, but did I follow the steps correctly?
