That means a publically visible IP isn't assigned to your router, your router appears to be behind Airtel's Router.
In order to overcome that you can purchase static IP which is charged at 299+GST/month
Or else you can try requesting airtel to allot you a public IP (The CC must not know these things, you can email the appellate regarding this)
You can forward necessary ports in your router now. If airtel router doesn’t allow user to forward ports, put it in bridge mode and get your own router. Btw, you got a great deal, public IPv4 is a luxury these days. I pay 299+GST monthly for it.
