After log in click "Change Password"
After you change the password , you may have to change it in the modem as well.
This is the procedure specified by Airtel.
I tried to test in South users. , but could not even log in.
Better idea send an email to CC.
They have changed the email also to airtelmail now ( with Google options)

1.Anybody tried to check BB usage details now in Airtel Selfcare.
Sending message about Point 1.
2. . Seems Airtel has changed the format fully and only a cryptic "unbilled" rs 4/40 appears for telephone usage for me.Also another persons full telephone number acct number and BB connection number appears along with my acct details for viewing !!
Reply awaited from Airtel . I have added it long back !
3. Will dash another message about Password Change. to Airtel CC. ( airteltelephones)

1. for cellphones ?
"You can get daily unbilled information alerts on your Airtel Mobile. SMS SUNB to 121."
2. for telephones OK
3. For broadband usage. cryptic. no data.
added dialer for time/date.
No reply from CC . only usual auto receipts..
4. Changing password for USERID . still not clear.
