How to check if I have a dedicated graphics card

Hi Friends,

A friend of mine just bought the following laptop with Windows 8 and a 2 GB graphics card. But how can he check whether there is really a dedicated graphics card installed without actually opening the back of the laptop?

That laptop does indeed have a dedicated graphics card, the Geforce 820M. Keep in mind, thats an entry level mobile gaming gpu (almost similar performance to intel iris 5100 series, but considerably better than the hd4400 integrated graphics on the CPU of that laptop)
