How to configure DLink DIR 300 with Airtel BB Beetel 220BXI

Hi, This is my first post on this site. I recently bought a D-Link DIR 300 wireless router, however i am unable to configure that with my Airtel BB. I tried selecting DHCP, Static IP and PPPoE, however i failed to configure my router. I use ThinkVantage to connect to wireless. Please help.

first configure the beetel 220bx modem in bridge mode. then connect the D-Link router. configure the dlink router in pppoe mode with ur airtel username & pswd. report here if u face any problems.

Hi i am a student we have a college LAN and a proxy server to access internet. my college router gives me ips in the range of 10.10x.*.* I want to configure my router( D-Link d300) such that i can use two laptops with the same ip range i.e. 10.108.*.* can anyone give me a detailed account on how to configure the router PS: I am a newbie to networking
