How to configure ONT for VoIP softphone on Airtel Xstream Broadband?

I've read other threads too , but I am unable to make it work on Microsip and ZoiPer.
I can't even ping ims.airtel.in and hp.ims.airtel.in (Himachal Pradesh) check image in underlined text.

I want to do this from beginning as I may have done errors ,and couldn't understand anything from YouTube video , other threads . They were all able to ping SIP, unlike me.
Kindly Help

i just configured this in ZoiPer on android , but the calling doesn't work. Nor can I ping SIP

Brother, the first step is to enable internet in your voip profile in your router. Is your router unlocked?

Bruh @kadxprime, there's no way you can get a softphone setup without enabling internet on VoIP profile.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, forum members.

I followed these steps completely

I had to enable the internet on my VoIP profile, before setting up the Static route, only then could I successfully ping the SIP server.
