How to configure ONT for VoIP softphone on Airtel Xstream Broadband?

I am about to take the risk. I called the technician this Monday about the increased ping and ONT won't recognise my device ( which lead to slow loading of apps). I asked him if I should reset ONT ( there are two options: Complete Factory reset, Half Factory reset) he asked me to do first one. Should I unlock router and ask him to fix it , in case it doesn't work ,that "you were the one who told me to reset ONT"

Hey .. there is a TR 069 configuration. this is what makes ISP detect unlocks right? Should i backup this too

Experts can comment on what all this TR 069 is capable of.
Backing it up maybe a good idea.

@tr1k0N4 . What if I e-mail airtel to turn on internet option in Wan1 ?
Also would turning on this option in any way , interfere with Wan0's Internet connection?

Nope, it doesn't interfere with WAN0.
And I'm sceptical if the folks at airtel will even be able to wrap their heads around your ask. However, if you do decide to send this email, do ask them to enable NAT as well, along with Internet, on WAN1, since that's necessary too.

I've sent the email. Even though I can change NAT button, still I added to enable NAT.
I hope they do not raise a ticket and send installation engineer again. He can't do anything about this.

Let's hope they understand your request first, even if they are able to modify the settings from the backend
