Ok, at work place I am connected to the internet via local proxy. I have TD-W8968 with me, so can I use it as wifi router to use office internet via wifi. Though I understand for that I need to have IPs for the devices which are allowed to use internet. I can take those from Server In-charge. I want to know
1. What should be the IP of the router? Can it be left default or we need to give it one of the IPs which are allowed to use the internet?
2. Default Gateway should be the IP of the local proxy server.
3. Would I require Static IP of the leased line connection?
Please explain me in detail.
