How to configure VOIP Telephone Service of Alliance Broadband

i have an older xpon ont with a rj11 port ill plug that in and then put a request. im assuming bridge mode and ipv6 is not lost due to this?

I also have to order an xpon . Despite complete ekyc they are not giving the voip config. They will set it up by themselves how many times you want.

They were surprisingly forthcoming and giving in the interactions I had with them. I have all the info I needed from them.

Finally after buying a xpon they set up voip on the router page remotely and i can access the info to use it with zoiper. If they had given me the voip configuration earlier i could use my old router and onu.

I am unable to understand why did they not simply give you the details. They gave me, upon insisting that I will do it myself. They were on line, waited for me to fill in the details, confirmed everything reflecting in their systems, too, and we hung up politely.

@tanajikc did it have any effect on ur upstream or is it still tata. also do u have ipv6 and voice?
