Hello guys. My xz000 g7 stopped working from yesterday at my office connection after some maintenance from airtel. It's working at my home connection for now. VLAN and olt is showing 100 and Huawei respectively in airtel router (internet working perfectly on it). What could be the reason?

Brdr, they probably changed the OLT to ALCL, as part of this maintenance, which renders your G7 absolutely useless
I mean if that's actually the case, it's terrible news.

But why then their router showing olt type as Huawei? Is it false reading and isn't their any other ont to work with alcl?

on enabling ssh over lan, I can't login to ssh. It is showing not matching port 22 error.

Brother I have been using XZ000-G3v2 from 1 yr on airtel fibernet, but recently airtel has replaced fat box in our apartment and from then xz000-g3v2 is not working. its registered 05 but pon light is blinking and not connecting to internet. vlan scan saying "vlan scan is over the information is not detected please try several times later". Another thing from that day my TP-Link axe75 router is working on dynamic ip only & not working on pppoe when connected to Airtel Ont G-2425G-A. plz help me
