How to contact Airtel Broadband if you dont have airtel mobile number?

Hi,
I have a futuristic issue. Within next 2 months I will port my Airtel mobile to Vi. Right now I have Airtel mobile and airtel broadband.
So 121 is easily contactable for either mobile or broadband services.

Once I switch to vi, I guess 121 may not work?? I tried from my friends vi number 121 is not reachable.
so if I only have airtel broadband, how do i contact broadband customer care.
airtel thanks app is crap. i don't want to use it.

@awemonk actually i just realized that apart from those numbers, since broadband comes with airtel landline, you can still dial 121 from your airtel landline!! query resolved. so external nums needed only when voice is down.
