How to Contact BSNL?

I have problems in my line, last night the phone was dead.
I want to book a complaint.

It is 198/1500 from BSNL. But the phone was dead. So how can I make from Airtel???

Also if u have any idea can U plz provide me SDE no. of Kukatpally Exchange (Hyderabad).

Try from a friend's phone. That will be more easier. Also check BSNL website. You will find a link with the contact details of officials in your SSA.

Solved this issue:

you can dial 040-23052198 from any mobile/phone.

(Only for AP I think)
