How to Contact DELHI MTNL Senior Persons

Hi,

I just want to know how to Contact some Senior Guys in MTNL delhi.

From last 15 days am facing the Problem With ADSL Line, compalint them so many times. But no response. ( ref: https://broadband.forum/mtnl-broadband/32080-mtnl-net-problem-last-10-days/ )

The net is working fine but it was to slow and most of the times it was disconnected for 2 to 3 mins. Daily 7 - 8 times.

And still the same problem.

call or mail the gm of ur exchange. maybe that always helps :)... best of luck

Bombard them with as many as mails as u can:P..they will surely help u..
