how to deactivate addon pack?

guys anybody know how to deactivate addon packs through online after 3 months completed??? kindly reply my question

It will be deactivated automatically after 3 months. For me 3 months over and it is automatically deactivated and i have to activate again.

for me sundirect automatically detucted my account for mercury addon(but they didnt deactivate my pack) i was shocked today morming after seeing my account was automatically detectedi called cc....she told me that u should tell to us kindly deactivate my pack to cc ...then only thay will deactivate mercury pack

There is no need to deactivate the add on pack after 3 months. For you the 3 months subscription over or not. Just check for what they deducted the amount may be for the monthly subscription . Just check the details of the activated pack and check when it is activated. For me things are very clear. The three moths add on ended today. I was not able to get the channels then i checked that and saw that pack was deactivated and again now i activated myself and now only they deducted the amount.

for me yesterday my account was 570rs but today my account was 240rs...thay deducted mercury addon for rs105+ 3 months subscribtion basic pack(225) totally they reduced 570 - 330=240rs....:wall:today i contact cc to change my package to mercury plus she told me that it will tak 48 hours to change mercury pack to mercury plus:madness:

Oh, 240 RS is really a high price. But for the basic pack they should deduct only 75 right.. is it also for 3 months basis? So, keeping balance in our account leads to unwanted loss you mean to say? As i am in one year plan , till now there is no deduction happened apart from the Addon pack charges. But really i thought of buying Star Movies/HBO pack and Telugu pack. But looked to me the price are high. They should reduce the price of addon packs too. Telugu pack does not have more channels too. And i noticed ZEE telugu became a separate pack.
