How to dispute transaction on Fastag?

I feel that toll deducted on one of the tolls was much higher than it should have been. How can I dispute the transaction?

I am using IDFC fastag if that helps

I did contact 1033 and idfc. Both want pics of the car(all sides) and pic of RC.
What i feel is sometimes toll is charged under wrong category. I Googled the name of the toll plaza and found many complaints of over charging
