How to enable 24online client for Hathway broadband?

Hi, I am a Hathway broadband user. There is no client log-in for my internet connection. Once I switch ON my PC, my PC is automatically connected to the internet. How to create cyberoam 24online client log-in for Hathway? I want to make use of download tricks by loggin in and out. Please help me, thanks.
