How to establish a secondary phone on bsnl ftth connection through lan only

Dear Friends, I have a bsnl ftth Syrotech ONT with FXS port connected to basic landline handset in 2nd floor, Access Point router connected in ground floor through lan cable. i want a second basic phone to be connected in ground floor. Please guide me how can i establish a basic phone/Cisco IP...

I am not aware of any such method using lan. Traditional 2-way splitter is the way to go.
