How to find Portal ID

Hi all ,,

I am new user to BSNL Chennai, i got my new connections,
i am used to old method of usage checking , right now those sites are not working ,

http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/

this new usage check site ,, whats a poratal ID , how to find out for my account?

Any one knows please help me !

Get the 14 digit portal ID and password as password from your Exchange!
Only with this you can check your usage in Bsnl usage portal .
Please don't open another thread for same subject .

Call the bsnl exchange guys and ask for your portal id and password, only they will provide your id and password..
