Hello,
I'm interested in switching from Airtel to Excitel fiber (no Airtel fiber rollout in my society yet). I contacted the phone number on their website but it's been 4 days and I'm yet to receive a call from the contractor. So, my question is how can I find the LCO for my region and their contact information? Btw, I'm situated in Dwarka Sector 10.

Usually when there is a new LCO in an area, they distribute excitel pamphlets at doors or on cars with their own number stamped on it. Unless there is any existing customer in your area or in nearby areas, you could ask around for their LCO. Otherwise, there may not be an LCO for your area yet and you may have to keep asking excitel directly.

I had kept asking excitel and kept sending them requests on their website. Only when I received an excitel pamphlet one day with LCO number, the connection got installed only after calling him. That was 4 years ago, for ethernet. Don't have fiber yet so don't know its procedure. (I am assuming it will be the same)

Yeah. With isps like excitel... the best way to know if it is available in your locality to keep an eye on the pamphlets.
