How to fix SonyLIV app on Reliance Jio Fiber set top box?

My sonyliv premium subscription is showing expired even though i have recharge of jio fiber till march 2021, it is not working when i login using the registered mobile number. Is someone else facing same issue??

i am using jio fibre. but there is no options for tv channels after login. just short youtube clips.

Which Sony liv subscription they provide with 999 plan. Can we able to watch live sports that are broadcasting on sony's sport channel ?
