i have got rental free broadband connection in which no rent is there for landline phone,the plan is home 500C.so i am supposed to get 175 calls...but as there is no rent for my landline connection,there is no outgoing facility provided.so i am not able to get those 175 calls.when i went to bsnl exchange,they said that by providing a security deposit of Rs.500 for landline ,u can get outgoing facility.But I want to know if i give them Rs.500,will i be able to get 175 outgoing calls?and would there be no rental for landline connection because i have got 500c home plan.
