Two cards ordered on 13th & 14th have come today. Looks like their system has been streamlined everything seems to move faster

Recently used my new pvc aadhar as poi & poa & this company rep was so impressed that she called me & I had to spend about 7 minutes in telling her where & how she can get a similar card.

Ordered this on 11 November. The website did not respond after the payment was made and the payment failed but CC was charged. Now UIDAI wants transaction ID, which SBI CC doesn't provide. SBI insisted on filing a chargeback on the grounds of "Transaction failed but amount billed" and I did. What a hassle for 50 rupees!
Looks like the transaction gateway is forever down. I first tried it a few weeks ago with CC, and the payment succeeded at the PayU gateway, but, failed when sending a response to uidai - transaction times out at residentpvc.uidai.gov.in. Transaction was finally refunded (I think automatically yesterday) - I had given up on their support after my first attempt at reaching out to them at their help email id.
Tried again yesterday via CC and Netbanking. Both times, it succeeds at the PayU gateway, but fails when sending the response to residentpvc.uidai.gov.in
Anybody have any luck with this of late?

At the best of times it's v iffy. Looks like nothing has changed since last year. Last year I managed to use UPI for 2 pvc cards for the third it was giving an error so I had used a credit card. What type of error, there are so many permutations and combinations that it will be a thesis in its own right.
