How to get an Airtel Broadband connection?

Anyone had any luck in taking a new Airtel connection. For me nothing works well...

Buddy I wrote mail to them for asking about a connection and feasibility on 14 September, but till none got back inspite they saying ppl will contact and let me know the details...one said to apply online, but without knowing my area is feasible how can I pay money..

I choose to pay online as there was an offer of Rs.500 refund(I did not get anything yet). Website mentions that money will be refunded in case of non-feasibility.

Yes, they took time and delayed everything even after confirming dates. I had my connection in 7 days. It used to be 2 days some years back.

If you don't get a call within 1 week. Chances are that your area is not feasible.

Yup..now i got it..no call till now so i assume they are not interested in giving a new connection/no feasibility in my area.

I know that, our area name to available in their list. Thing is, one month ago i asked for a new connection via just dial, one of the person called me from Airtel saying sir we provide service in 1st street of your area not in 2nd street (where i reside) Lol what should i do now.

Ping them on twitter. They will call back.

that's what i suggested. airtel responds great to twitter queries. you are likely to get a call in an hour and everything would be done on priority basis.
