@SayantaN Don't worry, that email has been shared numerous times here and a few other places. I wouldn't have known otherwise. 😂 So, I don't think they will stop giving priority to our complaints.

Got a call in the morning regarding email, explained the issue to him. Got assurance that a service engineer would replace it, he said he will raise the complaint from his end. It's 4 pm nothing happened.
Moreover the service engineer visit for the previous complain titled Missing SSID is put on hold(God knows why, even though got a message that engineer is on his way). I'm done guys chasing these stupid unprofessional service engineers.

it feels awful been there with airtel here in delhi a month ago just changing the cable took them 3 days good luck @dvn880 I shouldn't say this but maybe it's time to jump the ship to different isp.

@vxsauce The next best ISP option I have is Airtel only, but I’m not sure if I want to go with them since they ask for 6 month plan in advance for free installation. Let’s see how it goes. I’ve already emailed Jio asking for disconnection because of their service engineers unprofessional behavior.

Guys, finally they replaced the old faulty ONT, got this new ONT.
All those emails to several Jio departments worked, the engineer told there was quite a lot of pressure from their head to resolve the issue by today itself. Thanks everyone.

One issue is that they didn't replace the power adapter and told me to do it myself. I was told my old ONT was 5-6 years old and newer one might have different power requirements so to be on the safer side just replace it on your own, wtf?!
