one thing is clear. if this is how airtel plans to run their customer care. asking people to use their app. or sending emails. or if you are lucky get a response on twitter. i would probably dump them and get a jio fiber connection whenever it arrives in my area. airtel fiber ka to scene dikh nahi raha hai.
at least with jio i have zero expectations of anything. with airtel, i expect a reasonable quality of service.
heh. went through all options one by one and somehow managed to get a real person on the other side. same experience. keep an eye on airtel app as we don't have option here. what a shit show.
Airtel can't even manage a proper realtime customer support. Persons from other network cant even get their complaint registered without having massive headaches. But when it comes to matters of their interests (bills) you would receive calls instantly. Atleast Airtel app should provide a live chat support, as they already know most of them can't even contact them properly by means of telephone.
