How to get Reliance connection?

I tried to call their customer service, but they offered only wireless plan.

How are we supposed to get number of the local dealer and/or confirm that plans are available in area?

(What would be other good alternatives in South Delhi?)

Good alternatives - Hathway, MTNL. If you don't want Airtel.

If customer care doesn't offer you wireline plans then RCom wireline is unavailable in your area.

If you need reliability, take Airtel. If you have Hathway cablewala office near your residence. Then Hathway can also be reliable.

If you have Wireless Tower nearby MTNL exchange. Check MTNL 3G Jadoo. If you're getting 2-3 Mbps reliable speed. Then you can take unlimited 1650 3G plan. FUP of 500 GB.

Apart from that, try to avoid other Local ISPs. They're unreliable. You won't like banging your head on CC while internet gets down for hours and days.

I have Hathway connection, they recently started blocking public torrent trackers, so I have to move away.

Use Google, its easy to bypass Torrent blocks.

And remember, RCom, MTNL 3G Jadoo are alternatives. They're always secondary options and comes with kinds of hassles.

If you're getting decent uptimes on Hathway, don't shift to other ISP.

I have frequent disconnections with Hathway. Apparently, only my area is cursed and their network gets down every week.

There's no way other than using VPN, I can't manage to find any free one which is fast and gives good data limits.
