How to get VISA/Master card and avoid Rupay while applying for a savings account?

Last time I applied for a savings account I got a Rupay card. But I want VISA or Master debit card because its accepted internationally and more widely. Any specific way? Please help

Which bank. When opening an account, I think the forms may have some option - We normally dont read all that.
