How to improve browsing speed in BSNL 3G

I am presently using BSNL 3G having an unlimited plan. Download speed is awesome and hovers around 150KBps. But for a few hours a day my browsing experience is horrible.Still during these hours download speed remains high. Is this has somthing to do with DNS Servers. Finally i would like to know how can i improve my browsing speed in 3g

Yes, it is some problem with DNS. I have tried Open DNS and Google Public DNS. Problem is same. hope it'll be rectified soon. It seems a large network problem worldide public DNSs.
