How to know the current plan from dataone.in ?

I used bsnl in Bangalore and had checked the usage possibly three to four years back at which time the page after logging in was entirely different.

Here in Kerala, I went to dataone.in and it took me to BSNL Portal. Though I can see account usage details, there is no place where it talks about the current plan. Where exactly is this "Plan".

(Also please do not send me to account usage thread, as finding my answer in the nearly 200 pages has not been easy)

click on the portal order.enter your telephone no. in the prescribed format.you will find your plan.

Oh! thanks for that.... I was struggling for the past many days.I found out the problem now. Even though I had entered the number in the right place, the font was so small that I could not see # (hash) clearly. They say [For Telephone Number enter STD and Phone Number eg., 80#25802222 ] . In their description there is no # (hash) mentioned, so I entered 80123456 instead I should have entered 80#123456 based on the example. Your mention on the word "format" made me observe it closely. thank you so much. I believe this thread could help many who never would think of a need of a hash in between STD and number.For any BSNL people looking for feedback,1. Please increase the font size in the example.2. Please include hash in the description.3. Please mention the importance of the format.4. Best would be to have a simple link that just says PLAN so that the not so hifi can just see the plan and would be user friendly (instead of going to post paid order >> track order >> entering phone number in 'particular format').

For us there is no need of # to enter in but some letters like ab80123456

Thank you sagar9449 for the BSNL plan link. How you got it? Why they are hiding like this? In it there is nothing else than that option
