i have read the guide, @ 5)
it asking me to delete all 6 PVC name, whereas i can see 7 with my configuration....

that's still the same...

once i changed my settings as per instructions, but it dosen't work...
i restored to my old factory settings, and it works, all i need to dialup the connection.

but still i am not able to get the solution.....

may be, those suggested instructions are for different model.

still working on, once succeeded will update the thread too...

If its too confusing for you ... and you want to connect automatically after you boot your machine try the simple procedure.

1. Save the below line to a file called connect.bat
rasdial
for example: rasdial BSNL myBSNLUsername myBSNLPwd

2. Goto Start-> Accessories->System Tools ->Scheduled Task and create a new task for each login and point the application to your saved connect.bat file

I have uploaded a sample connect.bat file here, download it and save with your connection name, user name and password.

Enjoy.

thats too smart, i really appreciate that. but there must be some ways to do that automatically, and i'm looking for those settings.btw thanks for your smart solution.

Yes...There is definitely a way for this. You have to configure it in PPPoE mode rather than your existing bridge mode. And these settings interface differs in different router models. In PPPoE mode the router keeps your user name and password and makes a connection request automatically when power ON. So basically its the same this with my procedure :D

yes, thats pretty much true....

but if i can get that in proper order, why to go for "JUGAAD" :imwink:....

so what i am planning to put the user name and password within ROUTER.

but the main problem is, it's a new ROUTER, BSNL offering....so they dont have proper stuff about that.....i tried that myself...by no success...

still working on that issue, would update this thread once i am succeeded.

Me too has the same modem. Using it in PPPoE ( Always ON). Try this guide

Teracom Type-II ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

Similar modem.

i dont think this is the proper guide as the my MODEM is totally different from "Teracom Type-II"
moreover it also got bit extra option which i can't see in above mentioned guide....so this is of no use.
