Need to call US cell phones. Heavy usage predicted. Planning to go for Skype $6.99 a month Unlimited Plan. Any cheap/free alternatives?Also, do US cell phone service providers levy incoming charge for receiving calls initiated from skype? If so, how much?

i have not used skype unlimited plan. i just used skype to make some international calls using pay per minute and it was expensive compared to ISD calls
