How to make sure Airtel Xstream Box gets installed in my area?

How Jio decided to activate areas for connections was based on two things as per their executive:

1. number of houses in an area.

2. the cost of renting a room/flat/house in that area.

If both numbers are high then they were activating connections in those areas first.

Today airtel guy told me that we have airtel fiber installed in my area since 2015 but they dropped the idea of providing broadband connection to homes. All the isp here are providing the internet to all the homes using the same airtel fibers. But xstream service which supports speed upto 1gbps launched in 2019. So how can that be possible?

Because Airtel also leases internet fiber lines to ISPs. Most local ISPs in my city use Airtel and Tata as their backend provider.

So Does it increase my chances of getting fiber box installed in my area. My ISP doesn't seem happy with the notification of Airtel coming with home broadband.

I have seen jio extend their cables to relatively poor areas or not so well-off wealth wise?(even to small streets)

Only your first condition met, lots of houses.
