Hi all,I found in certain forums that..we can measure heat generated by usb dongle..is there any app doing it..or only physcial hardware to test.. it..Is that okay that USB modem is heating up..Prasanth

my umg 1831 also heating up after giving more downloads ..it will disconnect within 1 or 2 hrs...is it bcz of modem or bsnl network probs ?

It's normal for the device to heat up. If you talk on your mobile for a long time, your mobile too gets heated up. A good quality item can handle the heat, a china-quality item will burn or blast.
