Hi, tried it, reserved the phone IP in the router, and made it static in the phone, and added google DNS there, also changed to google DNS in the Private DNS settings, did not bring up VoWiFi

Are you sure it's using google DNS to resolve after changing it on the phone? Verify here: DNS Leak Test

In your screenshot it already shows the dhcp range, why does it still have a button to edit that? What does the Edit DHCP range button do?

That I believe is the address range for the devices connecting to the router either by WiFi/LAN, which by default is from 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254, but can be whatever else as well, it doesn't impact the DNS, I can reserve any address and make it static though, which I tried for the android phone, and then changed the DHCP setting on the phone to connect to the google DNS, but that also did not work.
