how to place request for Jio AirFibre disconnection ?

Used 2 months trial plan by paying 600rs.
Overall experience was good , but pings are not fine and some sites takes time to open .

Hence planning to disconnect it .
What will be the process to disconnect it and how much time it will take ?
What if i disconnect it after trial period is over like after 3-4 days , will i have to pay full amount ? or it gets automatically disconnected from their end .

Check your billing date in MyJio app & call to customer support 1-2 days before that date and inform them you want to disconnect AirFiber connection, if you want to use it 3-4 days after trial ends better to complete the 1 month and pay for it.
Remember once you inform them for disconnection within 24 hours or some cases within few hours your internet connection will be disconnected.

@AJweb i called customer care and they told to contact 5 days before that , so in this case , if they disconnect on same day so it will not 60 days trial only 55 days .
