Due to Excitel's CGNAT my nat type is 3 and consequently I get kicked or disconnected from games whenever an mod/strict nat guy joins. Port forwarding is allowed on router side by Excitel though (was that a joke ? they gave options for dmz/virtual host configuration but have cgnat to block it lol). My ISP is Railwire but doing 192.168.1.1 directs me to excitel's (maybe cause of their partnership). Please tell me how to resolve this issue

There is no option to bypass double-NAT.
I guess, if you have at least type 2, it should be good enough for P2P.

Alternate options:
  • Get a VPN with forwarding support.
  • Build your own VPN at any cloud VPS.
  • Use Cloudflare Warp. (Most times works fine)
  • If your provider has an option to buy static IP.

All router have that port forwarding function but it will not work without public ip.
ISP have to use CGNAT for ipv4 because there is not enough ipv4 address available.
Check your router ip, may be its not 192.168.1.1

You cannot do much about it. Railwire had something called 'gaming ip' call and ask them.

Which games you are playing for p2p
I think you should go for airtel or jio fibre they give dynamic public ip then it works
