How to put BSNL broadband connection in Safe Custody through online?

I will be moving away from home for a while. I want to put the BSNL broadband connection in Safe Custody. Can I do it online? What are the charges for a rural area?

The thing is I am leaving before Monday so I cannot visit BSNL office and I am not sure if it will be open even if I visit the branch due to lock-down here.

Maybe call up the BSNL office/CSC and see if you can submit the request by email or something. Or you could send the request by post.

Looks like there is an option on the selfcare portal "Safe Custody Plan Rental Rural" but it doesn't go forward as it insists I only select a "Combo or Broadband+Voice Plan".
