how to recharge problem?

:thumb:hi hello to all this is kumar i bought a rc coupon of 100rs and the dealer told me to recharge via phone and or online through but what i want is that i am in freedom basic package i want tamil add on package for one month it shows 10 so where add on package should subscribe for 3months but i want for 9months it possible bcoz i bought 100 9*10=90 or it should subscribe for only three months? and the main doubt is that how are they taking tax for add on packae my dealer told that there are taking tax only on extra packages not the card but coming to this thread some are givingthat taxes are taken on rc coupons at the amount of 11 and some are telling that they are taking on add on package which is true?bcoz in online when we seen our details it has purchase add on deal like ex tamil add on package 1083 =30 for 3months so they are taking tax on add on package is that right and the other main thing how to recharge as i have to recharge first by a phone call and then i should tell them that i want tamil add on package for 9 months is that right plz tell me friends thanks

If you do any recharge first they will deduct tax balance amount only will be credited on your a/c if you rechare 100 you will get 89 on your a/c balance , with in this ir month subscription 75 will be dedected or if you wanr add on minimum 3 month you should subcripbe for this you have to call cc and get it done first 3 month will be deducted balabce will be deduted on every month from your available balance still if you have dout call cc
