How to remove BSNL Fibre Malware?

Hello everyone can anyone tell me how to remove this type of malware? This is really frustrating and it happens when i visit a website

no easy solution for this considering they have started messing up with https traffic as well. disconnect or use a VPN.

Did you observe ads with HTTPS too? That is some serious concern if they intercept HTTPS traffic too.

Chrome extensions like 'https everywhere' will force the http sites to https (if they work on https we won't see ads and the HTTP sites just doesn't work).

I guess we can. It seems to be simple server with express js.

I tweeted to BSNL support multiple times to stop this nonsesne but nobody cares.

This was the prime reason I surrendered my BSNL connection way back in Nov 2020.

Pity they started doing this on https connections
