How to Retrieve My Airtel Account Password

I need help retrieving my PPPoE password. I already have my DSL ID, which looks like 0XXXXXXXXXXX_dsl@airtelbroadband.in. I've tried using my account ID as the password, but it didn't work. I also contacted customer care, but they were unable to assist me with this.

You probably got your connection converted from prepaid to postpaid or something, so you'll have to use your old Account number, which you can find in your old Airtel Xstream bill.

My connection is prepaid since the beginning and even right now. I wanted to make sure that i am entering my account id as password correct so types it couple of times and even copied every time i was getting PPP auth failed password incorrect.
another router i have is TP-Link archer c6 v2

That's strange! Also, what exactly are you trying to do? Like did you get bridge mode enabled on your Nokia and are trying to dial PPPoE on the Archer?

yes so on Nokia i turned on bridge mode on lan1 then it asked for restart and i did later i moved to archer c6 and it automatically detected my connection type pppoe later it asked me username and password username was easy to get for password i saw some videos and read things and found account id is the password but it was not working for me i checked the router logs it clearly said that authentication failed because of incorrect password then i called CC they dont even know what is that when i asked for my DSL account password he said admin admin

Also, you already tried Account Number and didn't make the postpaid to prepaid switch or vice versa. Any Airtel Black thing you did? Or maybe you got your connection converted from DSL to Fiber?

Also, did you turn on the bridge mode yourself? If so, you'll have to use VLAN ID in the Archer C6.

Yes i turned it on myself and i was using VLAN ID 100 which is same as in my Nokia
