Solution
1. Login to your router settings page
2. Under Advanced tab, click on 'Bandwidth Profiles'
3. Turn Bandwidth Profiles on and click Save
4. Click on Add New and add a Bandwidth Profile. Give some name to it. Enter the percentage of bandwidth you want to give.
5. Then go to Traffic Selectors and click Add New.
6. Enter the profile name which you gave above and enter the IP of the device (you can even enter the MAC address by selecting that option).

@Sushubh Please move this thread under JioFiber. Thanks.

@ap99 I tried following the steps, but my JioFiber page only has option to limit upstream bandwidth. How do I work around that? Appreciate the help :)

I haven't tried this since a long time. But as far as I remember both the download and upload speeds got reduced for that particular device when I followed the steps which I have mentioned.
