How to setup PS3 or Xbox 360 to TATA connection

hey guys, need some advice. i just got my connection to TATA: 256kps unlimited. now, i can't find away to connect my ps3 or xbox 360 online. its really pissing me off. the connection comes through a Ethernet, so i can directly connect it straight up to my my ps3 or 360, but even if i manually set it up. i can't connect, as i have to login still. now what do i do.i tried finding out if i could get connected via pppoe, but its not in my area. so im out of ideas. thanks so much for your help in advance.

if you wanna play online you need more than 256 kbps.i have a 2mbps connection but i dont play online, i only use it for certain updates and demo downloads.anyway,to set up your network connection,go to your xbox 360 dashboard-> system->network settings->edit settings.and enter your ip add dsn serv. and all the other info you enter in your pc.then your all set to go.it's damn easy.but i'll again suggest you to upgrade your net speed.cheers!!:thumb:

hi guys,
i have a xbox 360.i want to connect it to Xbox live. it is not modded. i have a Tata indicom broadband connection with speeds of upto 2Mbps. the tata connection is a direct cable that is got in to my house from the terrace. that directly provides internet. but i have to use a login username and password to use the intenet. wen i tried connecting the cable to the xbox 360 i entered the ip, subnet,DNS,etc manually. that registered, but the next step that is connecting to the internet failed. please help me out. if anyone knows what to do..........

or else i live in mumbai......if anyone is ready to come and help me it would b great. i'll give them a Project Gotham racing 3 game cd for helping me.
