How to Setup roaming feature in IBall Baton 21 mbps MIFI Device

Recently bought a Mifi Device. IBall Baton 21 Mbps. It works very well when am in Home station whereas i can't use it when i travel.

When i enter the config page it shows Roaming:NO .

Need your inputs. How to Enable roaming in this device.

Note:The same sim works fine when i use it some other dongle even on roaming.

Have you checked under settings page especially the ones related to 3G settings or network setting.

I have the Hauwei E8231 dongle and it has an option under settings to turn on/off roaming as required. Must be something similar on your iball.

Do post some screenshot of settings interface in case your not able to find anything related.

I Had searched the entire Settings...There is No Option for Roaming.

That seems quite absurd, not provinding any option in user interface to change roaming on/off. Then should have enabled it by default.Do you have any other sim to check for the same issue in this very dongle just to be sure.

Also try to check this with the iball cc in the mean time.

Spoke to IBALL cc.. This model doesn't have Roaming Option.. In future before buying these type of items we should inquire Properly. Thanks rj27 for your support.
