How to setup TP-Link XC220-G3V with MTNL FTTH Delhi ?

MTNL ONT - GENEXIS Platinum-4410

I tried to copy these settings from MTNL's ONT -

1. Username
2. Password
3. VLAN ID
4. Service Name
5. MAC Address
6. GPON SN

But still it doesn't work

@vvibE Most probably use have to mac bind your ont with MTNL olt to authorise it. Thats not possible from consumer end ,have to followup with MTNL

They say it's not compatible.
Called them atleast 3 times visited the office 3 times. On the 2nd call I told them to register my ONT on their OLT and I have already configured it on my side and he said "the guy" is not here. On 3rd he said to bring the ONT.

That's usual ,not much support for third party ont's. You are on your own to get it configured by continuing following up with them.Eventually they will get fed up and will either setup your ont or block you.

sometimes there is also a GPON password and it can be found only when onu is disconnected from network so make sure you remove fibre cable from mtnl router and then check the xpon settings or places where you see your gpon serial number. I have bsnl isp and they have a password in addition to mac id binding and this setting is found when u disconnect fibre cable and format your router then the field appears else it just says EPON registered or gpon registered depending upon which platform they use in your area.

Try to clone the serial number (Not Mac id) of MTNL provided ONT to TP-Link and it shld work
