How to share single broadband connection in two different places (distance 135 mtrs)

Hi friends,I have bsnl broadband connection and ut300rtu modem.I want to share the single broadband connection with two computer in different places the distance around 135 mtrs.Suggest me the cheapest possible solution.Do I need to purchase another modem if it is the only solution is it necessary to buy same ut300rtu modem or I could use modem like beetel 450tc1 with second pc.
