How to subscribe to Airtel 3G Prepaid Connection?

It is free on Airtel 3G. I am a Airtel Karnataka Subscriber, I used Airtel 3G on roaming in AP & Maharashtra circle.

Free data usage available in 3G data packs is not applicable while national and international roaming.
Browsing charges of 3p/10KB will apply while roaming on airtel networks in India.

Roaming is free on vf/rcom/aircel/bsnl. I see no reason as to why airtel would have a different policy.

Their website is wrong. They don't charge on 3G roaming.

As far as i know you can't use 3G data on edge

Otherwise mostly I see them offering something for free and later on charging for it!!
