How to subscribe to Airtel 3G Prepaid Connection?

did not auto renew (but then my balance was pretty low). no alerts. nothing. started charging from my prepaid balance. and does not even bother to tell me how much it charged.

i tried subscribing to the Rs. 150 plan that has 500MB 3G and 500MB 2G. And I got this:

grrr.

so i disabled 3G on my phone. and reenabled it.

applied for the 149 plan with 500MB 3G and 500MB 2G.

now phone would not connect to 3G at all. :\

BACKEND SHOWS FINE.

OK 3g WORKS NOW

this plan looks cool. i can stay on edge for most of the time and enable 3G only when required...

airtel did not alert me that my 3g plan was expiring today. no issues. a trip to the loo cost me Rs. 37.

so i discontinued my 3g plan and resubscribed to 3g plan. does not work again!

the package expired yesterday. that is the annoying part.renewing is a headache. i cannot renew without first discontinuing 3g and waiting for a while for it to take effect.
