How to switch Nokia router to the ZTE one.

Hey there, previously I was using a Nokia Airtel router, but it stopped working for some reason. Now, I have an extra Airtel ZTE F670L router, but it's not connecting to the internet. I can't see the GPON serial option in the router's configuration, and the PPPoE connection is also not working. Basically, I want to switch from the

With the backup and restore page gone, the outlook w.r.t. unlocking it seems bleak.

I want to switch from Nokia because it's difficult to unblock after an update. I want to switch to a ZTE router, which is not updated, which help me to unlock the router using Telnet.

@serenewilb So I recently had refurb'd ZTE installed that the FW is per below - which I believe is patched through almost all settings except WAN are configurable so still miles head of the new Serrcomm AOTs - but I guess step 1 would to make some shit up about the Nokia one and say you had a ZTE in the past and would like that model back or something, you definitely wont get a brand new one then say ok fine I will accept a refurb'd one - may need some persistent complaining lol. step 2 would then be super lucky enough to talk to someone not so technical techical in the NOC team and see if they have downgrade you to 12A. I have done research atleast @Lolita_Magnum got it done quoting bridging issues but that was a whileeee ago, goodluck and please report back if you successfully get it downgraded to 12A and if you disable TR-069 profile, lotttt of luck required but worth a try i guess or maybe an aftermarket unlocked ONT might be the way to go?
