How to synchronise 2 folders on a windows PC?

Anyone knows how to synchronise 2 folders on a windows PC? There are 2 folders that I would always want synchronised. Tried looking up groove sync thing without much success.

If it is a single machine, then you can use shortcuts. Or do you want the data to be present at two different locations on the hard-disk? (duplicating) BTW I can smell the thread being closed again.

I suggest trying out BitTorrent Sync.
