How to tell if a 5G Android phone also gives 5G speeds when in hotspot mode?

I use airtel postpaid with OnePlus Nord (2020 model) using 5 mhz hotspot. Speed is about 80% of normal 5G speed on handset.

Speed is good enough to Work from Home for 3-4 hours in case of emergency.
